From idea to finished delivery
We take your dreams, ideas, specifications and desired features and
redefine them into a set of cohesive sub-packages. Each installments
provides real value leading up to the final product.
Each feature sets are developped in short 1 to 2 weeks iterations,
giving you a working sub-version of the finished product at each stages of
the product development.
The job is done when we have demonstrated that
each specification or feature You have requested is implemented and that
- It works correctly1
- It's the correct work2
- The main product still works when the new feature is added.3

- unit tests and acceptance criteria
- Acceptance test, behaviour tests
- Regression and deployement tests
Agile Development
We believe momentum and the sustainable pace provided by agile
methodologies are our best ally, to deliver industry standard
products. The full potential of these methodologies
begins with correct mindset,
is implemented with the correct toolset,
and is further rafined with iterative practice.
Most of all, both the development team, and the project
initiator
are rewarded with a product that is delivered
- on-time,
- on-budget,
- on-target.
Would you believe it that before 2005 such a Win-win situation was the exeption rather than the norm.
Even today the firms that practice Agile Development correctly,
regularly outperform those who stick to what was once concidered traditional product or software development.
User centric development
The web keeps bluring the boundaries between the online and the
brick and mortar world. As businesses are compeled to move
traditional processes online, the pressure is on to honestly respond
to this demand and maximixe ROI.
Since every project really begins with an accurate description of what
an end-user is supposed to do with the envisaged producti, we believe
clear and unambiguous comminication is promordial.
We like to hear from our customers. Not only talk about what they want from a product but
also how they want to interact with it.
We like to keep
this feedback ongoing until delivery of the final product.
Participative development
The secret to great accomplishements is great team dynamic.
At agilepkg we believe that beside the development team there is a
meta-team whos members are derived from the stakeholders on the
customers side and various people not directly involved with the
actual coding like sales or customers relations people, some
developpers working on another project ...
This meta team is an informal (often online) gathering of people, that
keep the channel of discussion open as the project progresses along to
its final state.
Often, the customers own expertise has a
strong impact on the demands of a project. The problem domain is
often frot with insiders jargon and hard earned experience. At
agilepkg we believe it would be reckless to pass on this wealth of
wisdom. In these instances the customers is a co-participant in the
initial project design and kickoff.
Developing a product a
customer can brag about because they has an actual role in its
development success, is PR money can't buy, and a real satisfaction
for all involved in the project

Wanted! Problem in need of solving.
We do it because we are success junkies.
We love it when our
customers pat us on the back and say "Good job folks!"
We crave for attention. Having our customers talk or blog about us is bliss.
To accomplish this we kepp studying and practicing correct team dynamics and refine our understanding
of the role of the individual within a group effort.
We keep a watchfull eye and our hands in the tumultuous
innovative front that drives the IT realm.
We developped The _DONE_ Framework, partialy, to help aspiring
developers transform themselves over a relatively short period of
time into disciplined, self-motivated learners and professionals.
This system keeps us going without losing the fun for discovery and the joy of turning ideas into
reality.
